Return Policy (Updated September 11, 2025)

We want you to love your purchase from Mia & Beau’s. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return guidelines below:

• Return Window
  Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.

• Condition of Items
  To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Include original tags

  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

• How to Initiate a Return
  Please email us at miaandbeaus@outlook.com to request a return authorization. Once your return is approved, you will be instructed to mail the item(s) back to:

• Final Sale Items
  All sale items and gift cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift Card Policy (Updated September 11, 2025)

We are grateful for your support and are excited to continue offering gift cards for your shopping convenience. Please note the following updates to our gift card policy:

• Gift Cards Purchased Before September 11, 2025
  All gift cards purchased before this date will continue to be honored in full. These cards will remain valid and will not expire.

• Gift Cards Purchased On or After September 11, 2025
  All new gift cards issued on or after this date will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after the expiration date will no longer be available.
